I teach Pole Dance because I believe in the therapeutic value of this discipline, to find harmony within oneself yourself and with your body, to free your mind, increase self-esteem, believe in yourself and learn to liking yourself more, to rediscover well-being through movement.
Elderly people suffering from Alzheimer's disease, my children who are dance students, the women with whom I work every day guide me in their fragile and creative spaces.
