CONTAMINAFRO | The evolution of identity opens a window onto the intense creative ferment of contemporary African cultures that Europe has experienced in recent years. A festival of theater, dance, music and visual arts that bring out an image of Africa different from current stereotypes, unrelated to folkloric and undifferentiated connotations, but respectful of the mosaic of cultures present in the African continent and at the same time "contaminated" by the events which have marked history and its identity, from colonialism to distant and present migratory routes.

An identity always present in its complex and multicultural evolution. The success of the editions of the festival, was designed and promoted by the Mo'O Me Ndama association from 2014 to 2019, it opened new perspectives for cultural participations and expand the support network, acquiring the fundamental support of the Municipality of Milan, important partners and sponsors.
